Mieke yesterday reminded me that my last post herewas actually in May. Geez feels like yesterday...time flies after you turn 30 LOL.

So I went to Malta for a week and had an absolute ball!!! My best friend Gabby got married to her sweetheart Peter and I was there to witness the happy event. Met up with my best friends, lazied in the sun, babysat my friends' kids, swam in the beautiful Mediterranean...life couldn't get any better. In fact it got much worse after 6 days because before I knew it I was on the plane going back home, back to work, back to daily routine and being far far far from my friends. I guess all good things must come to an end.

But me being ever the idiotic optimist I found something good about this too. It means that I am getting closer to my 2 week getaway with hubby, my cousin and her soon husband-to-be (they are getting married October 6 so I am going to have a party pre-Kremlin Cup weeked). We are off to Montenegro on September 1 and are sooooo looking forward to that!

Watched Safin - Kiefer last night. It is actually starting to be physically painful to watch Marat play these days. Ah well... Things can only get better I suppose (told you I was an IDIOTIC optimist he he he)

OK, off I go back to my boring papers and clients. Will try to write more later :)

Monday bloody Monday. Why is it that the weeked always passes so quickly??? It's like one minute you're ecstatic that it's Friday  night and you have two days of doing nothing ahead of you and then BANG! you're back at work moaning that it's Monday AGAIN.  Russia has officially moved into the tropical zone. 36 degrees yesterday and they're saying it's gonna get worse this week 

But to be honest, I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!!! My mood is grand and life is so much better when the sun shines all the time. Checking into hospital this evening for a couple of days for some tests and examinations re: getting pregnant so will be gone till about Thursday.

THEY DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MILAN WON THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I screamed like a mad woman and thought hubby was going to call an ambulance :D But I was and still am soooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!! FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!

Excited for tonight!!!!!!!! As a football fan - something I have been waiting for - for ages! CHAMPIONS LEAGUE Final!!!! I sooooo hope Milan take revenge over Liverpool, my heart is coloured in red and black and I'll be screaming my lungs out tonight probably scaring the living hell out of dear Dima :)

Work is crazy at the moment. Our Bank is being merged with two others and everyone has gone totally insane. Whatever happens - happens, I just cannot be bothered to freak out anymore

Sun is shining, it's plus 30 and I am stuck in the bloody office. Life is unfair. LOL

Ira's journal is back!!!!!!!!! YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!!!!! Gonna start translating everything. Maybe that will keep me from falling asleep at my desk from boredom he he. Weekend was great. Watched FA Cup final on Saturday where Chelsea kicked Man United butt and that made me very happy. Sheva was actually there so that means at least he's out of the hospital after his surgery :) 

Ah well...will go have lunch now so that I feel even more sleepy LOL

Jesus, how many times have I promised to myself that I will try and get as much sleep as possible and yet I still don't do it. Stayed up last night till 2 bloody AM watching Safin - Ferrero only to see a total disaster and loss of a Russian..do I never learn???

My head is killing me, I am exhausted and I think I have really low blood pressure today ... life is grand.. NOT
